  • What types of sessions do you offer?
    B' The Image currently offers the following session types: -anniversary, birthday, branding/professional, bridal, boudoir, couples/family, elopement, engagement, event, graduation, headshots, holiday/seasonal, lifestyle, maternity, newborn, proposal, wedding
  • How much are your photography services?
    Pricing varies depending on the session type as well as the selected package. General portraits start from $175, events from $300 and weddings from $600. For more information on booking, check out the pricing page. Please be sure to submit an inquiry so we can schedule your consultation and further discuss which package fits your session needs!
  • How do I book a session?
    After you submit an inquiry, I will respond via email within 48 hours. From there we will schedule your consultation where we will go over packages, pricing and more. Once you decide that I am the photographer for you, you will then proceed by booking. Payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your desired date and time. This payment is deducted from your total. *Same day bookings are due in full.
  • What happens once I submit an inquiry on your website?
    After you submit an inquiry, I will respond via email within 48 hours.
  • What is required to book my session?
    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required in order to secure your session's date and time. This payment is deducted from your total. *Bookings with less than a 24 hour notice are due in full.
  • When is the remaining balance due?
    After receiving your initial payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your session's date and time, the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session.
  • How can I make a payment?
    Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal and Cash App.
  • How many photos will I receive?
    The number of photos you will receive varies depending on the session type as well as the selected package. Please be sure to submit an inquiry so we can schedule your consultation and further discuss which package fits your needs!
  • What is your turn around time?
    Post production requires a minimum of 2 weeks but varies depending on the session type as well as the selected package. Please be sure to submit an inquiry so we can schedule your consultation and further discuss which package fits your needs!
  • What if I need my images prior to the standard turn around time?
    B' The Image Photography does not guarantee a turn around time of less than 2 weeks. A rush fee of 25% will be applied towards all requests for a rush delivery sooner than the standard turn around time.
  • How long will my online gallery be available?
    Online galleries are available to view, share and download for 30 days.
  • Can I bring my pet(s) to our session?
    Ofcourse! Pets are a great addition to any session!
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    Since deposits are non-refundable, please keep in mind that it is always better to reschedule than to cancel. Requests to reschedule must be made atleast 72 hours in advance via email only. Requests made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a rescheduling fee. Should you need to cancel, you will be refunded with the exception of your non-refundable deposit. In the event that I have to cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, in which your deposit is included.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable unless B' The Image is responsible for the cancellation.
  • Do you have a weather policy?
    Weather can be unexpected sometimes, especially here in Houston! For all sessions, please be mindful of local forecasts when booking. In the event that the weather unexpectedly prevents us from shooting prior to the session, you may reschedule with no penalty. Should we experience a shift in the weather during your session, we will make the best judgement call at that time to proceed with caution but cannot guarantee a full session.
  • Do you deliver raw (unedited) files?
    What's that saying... "Chefs don't serve raw pork, and photographers don't serve raw files."
  • What if I arrive late?
    I understand that sometimes things are simply unforeseen, such as illness or accidents. Therefore, if you are running late, please call me in advance. Please be aware that if you have a 1 hour session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your entire payment and I will have the right to cancel the remainder of the session. If I am late, I will communicate that with you in advance and your session time will not be affected.
  • What should I wear?
    Ahhhh! This is where the fun begins! Don't worry. We will discuss these details during the planning process.
  • What advice do you have to help me prepare for our session?
    Whether you're shy, non-photogenic, awkward or just nervous, it's OK! The goal is to capture the best, yet true version of yourself. Don't worry. We will discuss these tips during the planning process.
